The Milwaukee protocol managed to save the lives of a few people with bat rabies which is weaker but even bat rabies is 100% fatal if untreated. I had a friend thinking g a rabied fox was following us. I had to explain to him we where carrying food and it stopped everytime we stopped. Seemed like normal behavior to me.
