At least 2 cops pull over a man. I can't tell if maybe more cops were in the background. It's hard to tell. But a female cop is very on edge and jumpy. She convinces her male partner to search the car and detain the driver after driver said he owns a legal gun

He tells them the gun is in the trunk but she still says she doesn't know where the gun is, and is claiming to be fearing for her life while the driver is just sitting there

They tell driver to get out, and he wants to know why he is being detained. They refuse to explain what he is being accused of. So he insists on being told his crime before he will get out.

Then female cop pulls out her gun with no warning, even the male cop is surprised. But he doesn't do anything to stop what she is doing

All of this happened because a very jittery person was given a gun and badge. She made the stop unsafe but acted like it was the driver who was being unsafe

And it didn't help that the cops would not tell the victim what he was accused of

Thats not the point. Its that she is a jittery cop. Male cops have done this too. I don't care about her gender. I said female cop to describe her. There were 2 and the other was male.

A black man once was stopped by a single male cop. And he got shot and died. This happens all the time

Literally the only thing I can see that you could be taking issue with is just that I said one of the cops was female. I didn't use her gender against her. So if I never mentioned the genders and just said 2 cops, you'd be fine?

You have to remember that a portion of CE actively looks for things to be offended by, like they were 'professionally trained' by Twitter. So everything you say will be lost after the topic title reads 'woman cop'. It even overrides the usual narrative about how the police were probably jittery because that man had darker skin than them: as an institution police training suggests that males with darker skin are deadly criminals.

seems to me the officer was looking for trouble from the start.

while the driver's interactions with the first officer were cordial and respectful,
the second officer was hostile from the word go, making huge deals about window crack level, etc.
she was also claiming he was nervous as if anyone is ever not nervous when pulled over (because of shit like this!),
and brought her shovel to continue to dig for reasons to have a problem.
"do you have a weapon?" "do you know that (random) person?" "I don't understand (how you're being mistreated)"
she escalated that situation time and again, but wasn't getting the (over)reaction she wanted,
so she pulled her partner aside to express her invented concerns and her partner decided to go along with it.
from there, it cascaded into stupidity. the officers became aggressive, refused to give reasons for their actions,
refused to call for a supervisor, etc, etc until he finally started to get mildly heated, then lost their shit
and after she created the problem, she then took it upon herself to 'solve' it by drawing her firearm.
her partner did nothing to disarm the situation from that point, instead emboldening her.
there's no reason a traffic stop with a cordial, lawful citizen should end in guns drawn or an arrest.
that officer got not what was right, but exactly what she wanted, out of that situation.
my opinion? she was low-key just pissed that he informed them he was recording and expected to be treated like a human being. everything that followed was a calculated rebuke on her part.
