Or saying plot twist all the content you just watched I hated shooting those videos. Here are two examples of it. It is mainly smaller channels the big ones I watch seem to rarely cry about their life. Or disown old content. Maybe because they are rich off Youtube.

I don't have any personal connections with any YouTubers.

Edit: I don't say this as with kind of I'll will. Just saying. I know many do have connections with entertainers

Yea maybe I should too. Out of the 10 women Im subscribed to only Chad Chad hasnt had a meltdown or disown old content over the last 3 months. Might just watch the dudes more like videogamedunkey, Flossy Carter, and Marques Brownlee.

By continuing to live my life and not giving a shit about the personal lives of internet entertainers.

I don't. My life doesn't revolve around being a fan of youtubers or internet people.

I don't think I've watched any who have had breakdowns. The closest was ProJared, but he just had drama, and bounced back from it.

I watched Chad Chad's newest video and I think she gave the answer. This is the time of year people get seasonal depression. And I guess those content creators documented their meltdowns.

The only ones I genuinely cared about was SBFP. I still miss those dummies.

The only one I felt really bad about was Etika.

Those videos in the Op have horrible attention seeking stills, but I guess that's the majority of YouTuber influencers nowadays.

Recently a Tuber I watch said he was gonna quit, but then talked himself out of it.

Content creation is a poisonous/toxic line of work in general.

The two example you shared in the OP, though, seem to be even more self-involved than the average.

My advice for dealing with this is to avoid in the first place creators whose content is centered around themselves, or their journey or whatever. If you want to view van life content or whatever, watch videos from blogs that do van tours, or companies that do custom builds or something. Anytime someones source of income is based on creating and maintaining deeply personal parasocial relationships with their audience (even if that is what their audience wants), its going to turn out incredibly unhealthy.

It's the YouTube cycle of people who do irl content. The algorithm rewards channels with more/more consistent content. You aren't really allowed much time without a camera in your face regardless of what's going on in your personal life.

If you don't break down, you Logan Paul yourself.

I don't follow any who make a habit of documenting their entire lives versus just hanging out semi-regularly.

Closest is getting sad when I get news that stuff's gone wrong for 'em but like...that's legit because it's not fun seein' bad things happen to good people.

Yea a lot of them have took a break from Youtube. Emma Chamberlain was a major one who did. She came back but doesnt post as much as she used to.

This has never happened to me. I'm not the biggest YouTube watcher, though.

I'd feel bad for them but just find someone new to watch, I guess.

Yea. It is totally possible CE has no idea who Emma Chamberlain is or these two people. And the women content creator side of Youtube I watch is something CE isn't aware of

You dont even watch tech Youtubers? Flossy Carter is hilarious. He calls people with Apple phones peasants. And wants every phone to come with "Thot protection". Where if you press you fingerprint sensor with a different finger you get taken to a different app history so you partner doesnt know about your "scumbag activities".

I can't really relate, but I'd say just watch something/someone else in the mean time? I'll watch some youtubers that give tips about games I play, but beyond that, I don't know anything about their lives and I don't care to learn about their lives. That's not what I'm on YouTube for.
