gus manages to encapsulate the idea of the best friend you're just fucking stuck with forever, which i think is a pretty great archetype

they shouldn't have replaced anne dudek in the pilot. amber was the best character in house md wtf. new girl is ok but we had something going there. EVERY procedural needs a 'cutthroat bitch' archetype

police guy looks like robbie rotten, who I only know about thanks to the internet's obsession with the cake song (low-mid) and we are number one (absolute banger)

It's a fun watch, but been too long for me to remember much of it. Enjoy.

I should start watching it again. I remember when I had first moved into my old townhouse about a decade ago, I started watching it using the free month of Netflix or something. But havent seen much of it since

they actually cheated a bit to get dule the part... roday already had the part, and the writers wanted dule, so they had them get together and rehearse before auditioning for the network.

Oh, yeah I remember the pineapple thing

The early episodes are spotty, but it hits groove pretty quickly and manages to keep its energy for the rest of the run, despite very frequently poking fun at itself.
