BCT has come off as scum almost exclusively by his play. The thing giving me pause is his role. If I lynch him today it would be because I believe the theory that suprak is an extra scum member that isn't actually linked to BCT and lynching him would be the way to confirm this.

only reason to kill BCT now and not Scare or Ben is if you earnestly believe that the scum team has a bunch of abilities that interact with the puppet. also it's a pretty swingy lynch if he's actually town. -2 town votes in one fell swoop. i'd rather not take my chances on that today

Three posts right here from Sultan's hard hitting questions where people mention his role as a reason to think he's not scum. Why would scum care to hide that he controls the Suprak account? What is the downside?

That's not even to mention that half the time the scum team is uncoordinated and doing their own thing. and I've been on a lot of scum teams

Oh, I don't think he's scum. I just think lynching him would be productive for town despite that.

Fwiw, I feel like red was often "I would never allow..." and then couldn't prevent Sultan and Hb from doing things he was against when he rolled scum for the first time in years.

i incorrectly softened up on him in that game because of this very logic!!

I'd die instead of Scare, yes. Corrik said it himself that my flip would tell him more than Scare's flip would. If Scare flips town here Corrik just goes after me next.

I asked Scare two different times to explain why he town read me and he gave two very distinct answers that were interestingly believable that I didnt even think about myself.

He's also been banking his entire game so far on "I'll vote anyone but Ben".

An easy scum start to be sure, and the one thing that has given me pause this entire game, but....does he really bank his entire scum game on getting my trust? Would he really DO THAT?

Yes, that is true and that is a problem. Though in my rankings, Scare is pretty high up there. I did rank him as my #2 after Lopen died. BCT and Plum I might put higher at this point, but its because I've seen more from them when their life was on the line. Havent seen Scare react in danger yet

i mean there's surely a lag time for the Suprak puppet to swap votes. I doubt he's sitting there at BCT's beck and call waiting for the message to roll in so he can instantly post it
