I've never seen a musical performance but one of my girlfriends is a pretty famous musical artist in a niche genre. She's also been name dropped by some alt rock artists that people here have heard of.

AC/DC, twice.

Paid 150 for a floor seat. Then i thought, what if this is the last time they ever roll through here? Sold it and bought a front row seat for 800 bucks off stubhub. Absolutely don't regret it. At all. Fucking awesome show.

Reading Brian Johnson's book which came out a little while ago, right in the prologue he talks about the concert in Edmonton (the same one i mentioned above) and how it was cold and raining and none of the fans cared, which we didn't. Really cool to see him mention it, even though that led into why that concert was the start of what spurred his hearing loss.

BB King didn't want to go, but uI didn't have a choice. Not to say he was bad, I'm just not into his music.

Creedence Clearwater Revival-They were great.

Had a chance to see Blue Oyster Cult and Gin Blossom, but no one wanted to go with me so I didn't go.

Tom Petty was 40 American
The Offspring was 23 American.

I saw the Mighty Mighty Bosstones for 5 dollars in 2019 I believe. Some people were angry because IT USED TO BE FREE (these shows in the park or w/e). But frigging five dollars to see them with Lowest of the Low. The MMB killed it!!!! The three bands I mentioned before were way more popular I think, but holy hell was that a good show. Last concert I've ever been to (though I never went to many) Heck I was 17 when I saw the Offspring and that was my first concert.

Probably Drake or Kendrick.

Got tickets for free cuz I used to work at a wealthy condominium and one of the residents was the owner of the arena. He would occasionally let the staff use one of his suites for hockey games and concerts.

Also seen Radiohead a bunch of times. They still count as famous?

Yeah probably was better up in Canada.

This was Grant Park in Chicago. It was near 100F outside, and they were charging like $6 for a bottle of water in the venue.

People were rightfully pissed, and the band even put out a statement at the end that they were unaware of the price gouging and had no control over the venue management.

Still though, great show.
