Yeah I tried one a while back, can't remember which one but I didn't like it at all. I like the lore and tabletop but I am afraid the games might just be cash grabs. I don't have the most experience with them but here's a quick overview: Dawn of War 1 if you're into RTS' in general Dawn of War 2 if you're into Company of Heroes style of RTS Battlefleet Gothic if you're into ship to ship space combat Space Marine if you're into third-person action Gladius if you're into Civilization-style TBS Chaos Gate if you're into X-COM style squad based TBS (you probably want the new one and not the original) Space Hulk: Deathwing for a very niche FPS but why would you play this over Vermintide? --- You are now blinking and breathing manually. https://i.imgur.com/91NC0Cb.mp4 ... Mechanicus is pretty good (squad based tactical) but I haven't played it enough to get a good enough feel for it yet to say really how good it is or isn't. it was a bit too hard on the difficulty I was on, which I think was "normal". Mechanicus is one of my favorties and made me enjoy the universe much more, I hate everything about Space Marines in the setting and they're a big reason I don't like the universe, they're boring as fuck and look like rejected childrens toys. Dawn of War games are great old RTS games, but they're a little dated. I've heard good things about Chaosgate but I don't much care about it due to the above reasons. ... Copied to Clipboard!
