For me,

High school - Moved far away for college so lost contact with 90% almost immediately. Only still friends with my high school best friend and we message every day but it takes some real work from both parties since we're so radically different people now.

College - Still as close as ever with 4 of my core friends thanks to gaming binding us across distance. Other friends slowly fell apart until they are almost strangers now.

Grad school - Felt more like coworkers than classmates from the start. I have one really close friend I message daily but everyone else has been reduced to "Linkedin friends" at best.

Still close with the guy I considered my best friend. He plays Tekken semi-professionally now.

I'm still close with my best friend from kindergarten, but I rarely talk to anyone else from elementary through high school, although I am connected with some of them through Facebook or Instagram. I still talk to a few friends from college but not many

I still occasionally meet up with a few friends from college, although it's difficult since we're mostly pretty far apart. I'm on "Facebook friends" status with a bunch of others. I'm Facebook friends with a few high school friends, one middle school friend, and no one from elementary school.

My housemates from college yeah, less so my classmates since we haven't met up at all during pandemic times

Elementary/middle school: lost contact with most of them during high school
High school: kept in contact with my close friends until about a year after college ended, then saw a few of them maybe once a year around Christmas until a few years ago.
College: mostly a subset of my high school friends
Grad school: still hang out with a few of them

Im still close friends with all my childhood best friends, although they kind of split into two distinct groups that Im the only overlapping member of.

i'm still friends with a guy i've known since 2000. wouldn't say i'm friends anymore with anyone else from the pre-university era, though i still see some of them occasionally.

don't talk to any of my friends from uni anymore, although i have a bunch of them on facebook.

High School - 2 best friends from elementary/HS have slowly lost contact with. The one we just grew apart but the other I also went to college with. They moved out of state and I visited a few times but they've got a family now and hasn't really show interest visiting back here so I'd say we're more the equivalent of Facebook friends now. Other good friends from high school I've tried reconnecting with over the years.

College - Still good friends with 1 of them and will see others around occasionally.

HS: One of them moved to my area for a few years and we picked right back up, then moved away and we went back to occasional FB message level

College: The closer ones are mostly still close, but the kinda close where you don't talk that often? They don't live near me. Married one of 'em.
