Detroit is in several games, and in every single game i see it in it is like 100x nicer in the game.

Maybe if they did a fallout set here it would look more accurate

Yes. But I'm in Los Angeles, lol. When I first started coming across games set in LA, I'd always drive around and explore and see if it matches up and if my neighborhood is there. Some have been more accurate than others. But typically, the individual neighboorhoods are never accurate. It only has the same general layout and just hits the more known landmarks like the Hollywood sign to the north, the santa monica pier to the west, etc.

It all takes place very high in the mountains and most of it is on narrow catwalks. The gameplay is based more around stealth. Eventually you will end up on a base where you do some missions and get some stealth armor and power armor that wont break on you.

San Francisco Rush's take was super fun.

I'm on the border of southwest Washington State and Northwest Oregon now. I guess... Days Gone? I think there's a Need for Speed with a Portland track. Any NBA game with the Trailblazers of course.

NYC is obviously a lot, though it's always Manhattan, and never the other 4 boroughs.

Prototype 1 and 2 kind got some of the feel, but I remember playing Crysis 2 right after, and that shit was completely off lol.

I'd say Spider-Man/Miles Morales got it right the best, even though it's still not fully accurate. It gives me some of the same feels and vibes as when I'm in those actual parts of Manhattan.

I've only been in the area for 6 years but DC is the setting for The Division 2 and it's kinda freaky how accurate a lot of the map is even though it's a simplified version of DC (otherwise it would take you at least 30 minutes to run across the map).
