Revive everyone with her ridiculous power?

Like in last weeks episode, couldn't she have revived everyone even yama???

No, her power literally rejects reality. That's why I say she should have revived Kaien Shiba during the Arrancar arc, and he could be the captain of Rukia's squad.

Just because she hasn't brought in anyone back yet doesn't mean she couldn't.

Yes.

She can't help people after a certain amount of time has passed. See those dead arrancar she tries to save early on

orihime has to believe she can do something for her to be able to do it so her power is both weak and overpowered at the same time

so she can heal anything so long as she believes she can
her shield can block any attack so long as she believes the attack cant get through her shield. but if her will falters for even a second the shield will shatter

and tsubaki is an unblockable instant kill that would win her any fight in an instant
but she doesnt want to see anyone get hurt so she doesnt use tsubaki with any real confidence so instead its her weakest ability and easily stopped anytime she tries to use it.

the bount filler arc actually explains her power pretty well when she fought the bount who possesses people
he makes rukia attack her several times and at first orihimes shield falters but as her desire to save rukia grows all of the attacks aimed at her get easily brushed aside and the fairies say

"we are the power of orihime's heart. as her confidence grows so does our power"
