She moved in a few weeks back and stupidly we didnt speak about sharing bills etc. she said shed be happy to pay once shes settled in and wondering if now is the right time to bring it up?

Im really struggling with the rent and bills as it is so could really do with a contribution even if its only a small amount.

Going 50/50 seems too much but feel she should at least go half in things like electric and internet etc.

How long did you wait before broaching the subject with people you have moved in with?

I dunno how y'all take in room mates without them paying from the get go.
