Disappointing compared to the Blood and Honey project which seems to have some effort behind it.

This is just a cash grab with stock sound effects, and it's not a public domain issue, they're just going to avoid calling him The Grinch at all. It's like when every commercial says The Big Game because they can't legally say Super Bowl.
