The only fun parts of Wisconsin are the Tri-City area in the southern area. Janesville during the daytime is fine, alot of cool stores and what not. Nighttime especially the downtown area is Crackhead Central, alot of tweakers and shit there. I had one tweaker follow me for several blocks in 2016 while playing Pokemon Go! This dude was walking and kept turning back to look at me then snapped saying "You know what? I'm gonna go in the gas station and call the cops. Yeah Im gonna call the cops cause I dont know what the fuck your problem is".
