I still maintain OoT in my top 5 games of all time but that's because of nostalgia. Imo TP is a better game and better suited to represent the series on the whole

The Wii U version has two extra hard modes (one locked behind the Ganon amiibo. It was worth it to me because that game really is piss easy)

I don't care about Zelda's Adventure, I am aware of it and I did consider bending the rules to get the cartoon on here but really I put those two on it for King Harkinian, the uncontested best Zelda character.

If I had to be real and pick a 3D Zelda I'd probably say I always wished TP was a better game because when it was new I did like running around its world and the whole looming twilight dimension feeling was kind of cool. Midna wasn't Navi and she wasn't constantly reading me the enclosed instruction book like some of the later helpers. Zant was great. Intro was brutal, I'd like that shortened. The spinner and the spike ball were cool but I never really felt like the game would let me run with them as my main item. I would have especially liked it more if the Dominion Rod was as fun outside the Temple of Time as inside of it. OOT's too by the books, MM's tedious, WW has the sailing, SS has the motion controls and the tutorials, I tried BOTW and was bored in record time. There's always something.

Most the stuff I wanted, I ended up finding in Dark Souls 1. Dark Souls 1 walked up and casually killed 3D Zelda in broad daylight, cold blood and with witnesses. I can't go back to 3d Zeldas after that.

I liked the long intro but it ain't for anybody. Or many at all really
