How cold does one person need to be?

I'm not even warm until like 76F/24.4C. I find normal room temp of 68F-72F to be cold >_>

My brother is like that too, it could be raining and such... he would REFUSE to turn it off.

63-66 F with the fan on during early spring to late fall for me.

63 is the bare minimum I'll go and that's during the hottest nights.

My bf likes to keep the room cooler when we are together at his house. That said, we are usually under the covers But were also nude But were cuddling So, it all evens out, I guess

63 sounds good, though for sleep, I'd like a walkin fridge

I always attract friends that like to keep it at 50... sucks cause I prefer warmer. It was freezing the other day and the heater didn't wanna seem to work. In a bid of hope I set it 80 and went and laid down. My brother came over and found me sleeping like a baby wearing a heavy coat and the heat had finally kicked in and it was indeed 80 degrees in the house.

Normally I keep it 72 to 75 though.

Im a bigger guy so around 60F for me is super comfy

That's freezing wtf. I need the room to be at least 72 to be comfortable.

I find that I am comfortable at that temp but the floor is cold. I have a small heated floor pad. You would have to orient it the long way if you had big feet.

I just wear three layers (like shirt, thermal shirt, and some jacket or sweatshirt). I wear thermal pants too w/ long thick socks

Got my google thermostat set to 60 when its cold out, 65 when its hot out.

So far 63F/17C is the max for me. If I have female company over I might turn it slightly higher (as on average, female bodies are less able to generate heat / withstand cold than male bodies).

Although it can be chilly at times, I compensate by dressing warmly, have a fleece blanket on, have some tea/coffee/soup etc.
I also make sure to turn it down to 16C when I'm away for several hours at least, or when I go to bed (as a lower temperature is actually better for the human body to fall asleep to). If I feel cold in bed, I just cover myself in a blanket completely and it'll eventually get warm soon enough.

Anything above 75 is too hot

Because that's insanely costly. Not sure how much the U.S. is affected by it, but here in Europe heating costs have skyrocketed due to the war in Ukraine.

70 is perfect but I don't mind 60

We live at 78, sleep at 71

The best is when your core temperature is fine, but your hands feel like ice if you so much as scratch your nose.

The other day, my sister an I went to Noodles, dey had the air on, even though it was 50F outside. We ate fast, and got da hell out of dere. Almost froze my ass off.
