If you shower before bed and in the morning, is the morning shower to cleanse yourself or is it to wake you up?

Every morning. I dont feel right if I dont shower. I also have long hair and a hairstyle that you can obviously tell if I just got up.

"Once or twice a week"

Although my definition of shower is to scrub with soap and a wash cloth instead of just going over the skin with a wash or just standing under water to rinse off. So shower day my skin is too dry afterward, then regular the next day, and I shower again on day 3 or 4 depending on what I'm doing.

Also, you don't have to worry about "bed head" when you don't have hair anymore, suckers.

Every day after waking up. The exception being if I have a date on a Saturday or Sunday. If that happens I'll usually wait until right before the date to shower. Show up as clean as possible

1-2 times a day. In the morning, and either washing up or a quick shower at night depending on how I feel. Becoming a bigger fan of quick showers, though it's tempting to stay in there too long.

Once every day around the evening.

If I didn't do anything that day, I might stretch that to an extra day, but that isn't super often.

Usually once when I wake up, unless I sleep in a bit then I'll take it over my lunch break (work from home)

i'm an unemployed shut-in with back problems that flare up if, among other things, i remain standing for too long, so only as often as i absolutely have to, which is generally before i go out anywhere (which is on average like once or twice a week, for errands), or before we have anyone over at our house (which is almost never).

Been trying the every other day and I really dont like it. Supposedly better for your body, but my hair is real oily and it gets annoying even with dry shampoo or corn starch to help out.

A quick one before I start the day to look/smell fresh. A real one before bed so I'm not going to bed nasty from the events of my day and exercise.

Usually after exercising, unless I am not going to leave the house, and I didnt get very sweaty. In that case I might skip a day

Most shower once a day

Like twice a year. 1700s style. Showering is bad for your skin.

At least twice a day. Sometimes more.

I can't imagine not showering at night. Going to bed dirty sounds gross.

Every other day, though if I have to do alot of physical activity or spend too much time outside in hot weather in that day between I'll shower that day instead of waiting for the next one.

Once before bed.

Like once a week. Any more than that is supposedly bad for your skin.

Every morning, and most evenings unless I've had a lazy day in the house not doing anything and it's not been warm.

Usually before going to bed every night, though I also shower in the morning if I just finished a workout.

Like..why would I get clean to get outside into the dirty air and then not shower to get into bed, sitting on my couch etc after having been outside?

Yeah kinda my view. Not every night though, sometimes I skip one if I had been home passively

Most days, not quite every day but far more than every other day.

I dunno about you but I don't smell bad look bad just because I didn't shower right before going out.

If I showered the previous night I'm good enough to go out hours later especially if it's to run to a store, which is what the other guy was talking about

Twice on workdays, once on non-workdays.

Just about every day, though I typically wait until my hair gets so greasy that it starts getting into my eyes and irritates them. It only takes about a day for that to happen, sadly. I might need a different kind of shampoo...

Occasionally I skip a day but that's pretty rare. When I do, it's usually something like this:

Day 1: Shower right before bed
Day 2: Skip
Day 3: Shower as soon as I get up

And of course I'll shower if I have some place to be, even if my hair hasn't reached the point of mega-greasiness. But it's maybe 2 days a week I leave the house?

When I used to have to go outside everyday id shower up to twice a day if its really humid

I think there was some study a while back that said 6 times a week is the healthiest? Anyway I shower 6 times a week. Every morning during workdays for work, and once on the weekend. I dont work out so I dont get that stinky that quick

Once every 46 days.

After waking up, and if I work out that day, I shower when I'm done with that, too.

If my 2nd shower is close enough to bed time, I might skip my morning shower.

Once in the morning and again after exercise in the afternoon or evening

6 times a week wouldnt be remotely feasible for me.

i don't look presentable if i go out and the last time i showered was the night before or a couple days prior. especially my hair. it always gets messed up by my pillow. so yeah, i like to take a shower and wash my hair before i go out so i can have confidence in the way i present myself. some people just don't give a fuck i guess, but that's not me.

I typically shower once in the morning, though sometimes if I'm not feeling great I'll take an extra shower in the evening.
I also take a bath on Friday nights.

Pretty much everyday after a workout

Usually once a day or every other day. Depends on how difficult my hair is being. Weirdly enough, on days I didn't shower, I used to get genuine compliments that I smelled good from women.

At least 3 times a weak, only shower on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Twice daily minimum.
