I wasn't aware that every sports league in the world has their tournaments all happen at the same time in sync with one another. Oh wait, they don't. In fact there's multiple tournaments year round for national and especially international competitors.

No, many years have clearly passed (this is made explicitly clear by other events like birthdays of other characters).

He's still just 10 years old regardless, because cartoon kid magic. Same sort of deal with the Simpsons kids.

it's rather funny how Ash's alola father got married, knocked up his wife, and had a son who is now a toddler throughout the course of the series yet Ash and his friends are still 10 and Jesse's VA is so old now it's impossible not to hear the age in her voice compared to how she sounded in the first season yet she still talks and shouts like she's still a teenger

Err, Jessie's voice actress changed in AG146 when the battle frontier season started. At least in the US dub. For JP they changed VAs for a few episodes in AG then went back to the original so she might have been sick or had a kid or whatever.
