Congrats, I switched jobs a couple months ago and became process engineer manager.

Industry change? Batch or continuous? More of a field job or unit design in a desk? If it's the latter I can help if you have any questions.

Still getting used to it, but my team has a lot of experience and helps me out quite a lot.

BTW, depending on the safety culture of your job get ready for a straight week of safety trainings on every single imaginable topic lol
