Got a new Real Estate agent today. I was working with this fucking guy my brother knew. So i was like ok... I saw a house a month ago WITH him. I came back to it today and it hasn't had an offer in 3 months. So I text him a super low offer because I just know there's shit wrong with this place. He says "ok yeah i'll email you the paperwork tomorrow morning" I told my friend t his and he just bought a house so he's like "What the fuck? That goes quick like 20 minutes quick. SO i texted the other real estate agent I was with this morning looking at a few places and asked her how long it would take to draw it up and she goes "Oh i'm on my way home so I can get it to you in like 20 minutes or less"

Not only that she sent me a document of known issues with the house so I was like.... You're in. He's out.

Mother fucker man real estate is kinda fun but it's a major pain in the ass at the same time. I'm learning so much so fast it's making my head spin.

I was feeling wasted earlier and threw my ass into a poker game to try and sober up a little bit. No expectations, like 80 people total, usual "big casual game" for me. Ended up doing okay for a while.

Then hit a few hands and made it to the 5 minute break at the hour mark. I spend it making dinner but I took too long and came back to find I had lost chips in the process (obviously).

Then at some point I hit pocket kings and went all in, flopped Kings full of Aces against 3 Aces and then hit Quad Kings on the river, knocked out two motherfuckers at once (I was already at the final table). Went on to finish 2nd overall. Could've done better, could've won. Can't complain though. I was just trying to have fun for an hour or two. 2nd place out of like 80 or so... that's not bad.

Alright it's go time. Giants vs Lions. After this game either me or @MabusIncarnate will have a new sig for the rest of the year.
