DrPrimemaster 11/09/22 2:55:56 PM #10:	Id build a nuclear power plant in West Virginia. The goal being switching from a coal based economy to a nuclear power based one. Phasing out the coal in stages so that no one currently depending on it for their livelihood would be impacted by it. But new workers will work in the nuclear plant as opposed to the coal plants. Working with current coal investors to give them stake in the nuclear plant so they are incentivized to push towards its success as opposed to lobby against it. Create trade schools and colleges dedicated to nuclear engineering and support work. With a heavy emphasis on developing native West Virginia talent. An eventual goal being turning the area into the capital of American Nuclear Engineering. This would hopefully shut down one of Americas biggest coal industries and turn it into a nuclear one.
