Like at the start of Madarame's palace, Morgana gets everyone through the sun roof with a rope. This is from the original, but the grapple hook should let you do the same thing.

Same with the crane hook to steal Madarame's treasure. The characters still comment that you wouldn't be able to come back up, but you literally use the crane hook as a grappling location in Royal.
