Apparently a person fell down at the bottom of the incline, causing people to pile up. The people at the top of the incline didn't know what was happening and kept on pushing. Because the place was so jam packed it took around an hour for medical services to arrive. Most were girls in their 20s who died. https://youtu.be/xx0vm3FloYY?t=95 1:35 shows the pile up. :/ It's pretty graphic so take care. Edit: Sorry I should add: it was during a Halloween festival.
