HEB, which is about the only grocery store we have(they are headquartered here). The only thing they have is two liter bottles of off brand. Amazon Prime Now has it listed but never once has it been in stock. Only place you can find it is the more ghetto gas stations.

It like that anywhere else?

My wife was jonesing for a Grape soda made from sugar a few weeks ago

I checked about 6 different Mexican supermarkets for Grape Fanta then stumbled across the Crush variety at a local store

Anyway, the HEB website says a 6 pack is available at the Victoria store -

Although their Orange soda, SunBurst or something, is very good IMO. Their grape is not. It has that kids grape medicine taste to me,

My local supermarket sells Black Grape soda both in cans and 2l bottles. KA is the brand. I don't mind Old Jamaica brand too.

Depending on the area, many places have been out of stuff. For a while, I was having trouble finding Sour Cream & Onion ruffles, and the Jalapeo Cheetos back home. And apparently, my mom has trouble finding chicken nuggets here (my hometown) Well, I think she has trouble finding Tysons specifically Most places seem to have trouble with certain items these days

I know how TC feels it's impossible to find extra small condoms outside of pharmacies and grocery stores and convenience stores and Target and Walmart. Literally impossible

Don't think Jen understands what "almost" means.

My not being able to find item lately are the wafer peanut butter bars. Every store I go to around here doesn't have them, which includes Aldi (which is where I usually buy them) and have no idea when, if ever, they'll return. I talked to a sales clerk at the local bread store and they've been told that the local bakery that sends them their bread every week for sale isn't making peanut butter bars; no reason given.

bro San Antonio is on the list of biggest cities in America (talking population AND pant size), there's a lot of HEBs there but there's also other stores
Then again if I still lived in San Antonio I'd probably only ever go to HEB

San antonio is the headquarters for HEB. They muscle everyone out unless they are walmart(gross), a couple wholefoods, and I think only one sprouts. We don't have any other national grocery chains here.

looking on google maps there are hundreds of grocery stores in san antonio. you should try looking somewhere that isn't a corporate chain. you might have luck.

Needs to be careful though. Allegedly you get treated differently in San Antonio if youre white.
