She was exactly like Ms. Trenchbull from Matilda except she was 10x more racist. 10 Minutes in and shes already prefacing her next sentence by saying, Im not a racist but Towards the end of our interaction she apologized for some of the things she said, and excused herself. Made me feel like her racism was more like Tourettes or something yeah shes saying stuff, but its out of her control. At least thats how I took her apologizing and showing acknowledgment that perhaps she might not be in the right.
