with my bankruptcy on my history, im getting terrible APR wherever i go. best i got was 7 percent from capital one.

but, i still have to go into the dealership and haggle with them and act like im a dummy while they try to sell me an extended warranty for 2k more or some shit. ugh! plus i have to take off work to do all this.

but carvana will just send me the car next week. price is set. but, apr is like 2-3 points higher

what should i do

Given their track record of "losing" titles or otherwise not giving you the title to the car you bought from them I would avoid like the plague.

I sold my car to them this year because they offered more than the other car buying sites. Dude showed up, barely even looked at it, and took it away. If I'd known they weren't gonna inspect it I woulda claimed it was in better shape than it was. >_>

One of my coworkers got a car from them. Got no title for five years.

Edit: I'm pretty sure they aren't even legally allowed to operate in certain states specifically because of this.

Carvana is great to sell to

My car was basically falling apart and out of warranty but they offered me enough to pay off the loan and have about $100 left over so I accepted it and I figured once they got here to pick it up they'd do some inspecting and lower the offer. The guy was just like "yep, that's a Dodge Dart" and made sure it started and handed me the check lol

Maybe try a liquidation sale or something instead? I've heard that carvana sometimes sells cars with surprise scratches, dents, and even the occasional missing part.

I kinda know how you feel though, I just bought a new car and was very tempted to use them. Glad I didn't though.
