It's so bizarre to me that so many well-liked comedians are into BuzzFeed and their spin offs. Was there a single joke in this skit?

People are doing weird reads into this. It seemed to me to just be making fun of how much "news" it made despite not being particularly newsworthy with the rest of what's currently going on considered and also that the Try Guys who weren't the cheater had this whole dramatic thing about how it was affecting them that was silly.

I certainly didn't laugh at this shit but they are right, the Try Guy stuff is dumb and a huge overreaction. But then again being dumb and overreacting to stupid shit is literally what they are so really nothing new here I guess carry on

I think it's kinda weird that SNL would do anything on it. It's less weird that it wasn't funny since SNL is way more miss than hit lately.

God, I don't understand how SNL has some skits that are just so plain unfunny. Are they not allowed to veto ideas, or do these people think these are legitimately good comedy? It's definitely not wrong though. I imagine the way they're going about it is mostly legalese, but all they had to say is that they felt betrayed so they split ways. They instead treat it like he did something illegal.

SNL isn't funny but the idea that its none of our fucking business what happens on an internet personality's personal life is a salient one that many people in this parasocial age need to hear.
