i have been wanting this organ out of my body for years and years cause all it causes is pain and dysphoria but i dont know if thats """enough""" to convince her that my quality of life would be much better if i didnt have this thing

Scream "The Antichrist is coming! The Antichrist is coming!!!" while clawing at your abdomen and making gutteral growling noises. If you live in Mississippi, that might just be enough to get her to sign off on it.

Jokes aside, I've heard it's notoriously tough to get a hysterectomy outside of extenuating circumstances, like an imminent threat to your life ala cancer or some rare disease. I wouldn't even begin to know how to begin the process of bringing this up to your therapist, though if your therapist is trans-friendly it might be worth bringing up how your reproductive system has historically made you feel like shit and how it's making you feel like shit right now.

Definitely wait for a more informed answer, I'm just spitballing here. But it may be worth broaching the question, maybe bringing up some recent discomfort and asking what they think it could be or something.
