When my first smartphone broke I literally buried it in my backyard and put a little tombstone.

i pray to xenu that when my own phone eventually goes the same way, my pictures and music and stuff are all just snug in the SD card, ready to jump over to a new phone

I never keep a cell phone more than 3 years, I usually skip a gen I went from iphone 11 to 13 about 3 months ago, i will skip the 14 and get the 15

Damn and I thought my phone was old having it for 4 years

6 years old is plenty of life for a phone

I had a crummy android that was around $100 (or less) when I bought it.

I was using a $30 Walmart phone from 2015 until mid-2022

eventually got something good after the carrier stopped being able to refill its service via the website or app (had to call a phone number)
