This is how it works:

After the first poll goes up, we discuss which preseason poll would be most useful for a team's record, to try to be as accurate as possible. The second poll does not begin to be created until the team from this poll advances to the NCAA tournament.

After the second poll goes up, the poll starts to determine the final poll.

After the final poll goes up, the poll is closed and a new one will be created.

Wut?

The discussion is important because the debate has not been about whether the disease could be controlled or not. The debate has been about whether it is going to be controlled or not. That's all wrong. That is not the correct way to make a judgment. And when we do this, what we do, what I am saying here is I want to make a plea to those who make judgments as to what the best thing is. I don't want to get in the details.

So here I want to make an appeal to those who are sitting on judgment: Can we not have a debate, a real debate, and decide on this matter, so that those who are suffering can know? I can come in and say, this is what you have got to do. Then you can say, well, if this is so, I am against it. This is the way you should decide on matters of this kind.
