I can only sleep like 3 hours at a time then I wake up. My average sleep per day is like 6-7 hours but it's broken up in 3 hour chunks.

IME melatonin helps put me to sleep. But I would still wake up in the middle of the night and often not be able to fall back asleep. I was like TC where my sleep was always broken up. The supplements I take now have helped me finally sleep through the night

Read a book or do something without a screen for 1 hour before bedtime.
