mowing the lawn is one of the most satisfying parts of House Flipper (dlc required), but then it works well in combination with cleaning, throwing out garbage, and replacing carpet and tiles, etc. just mowing the lawn would seem to be a bit too limited.

It starts out kinda tedious, but once you get a couple employees, it throws a lot of trash pick-up missions at you. So you can send the employees on those profitable missions and do the quick pick-ups to generate money quick.

Once all that happens the game moves fast. I'm almost the highest rank now. I'd definitely recommend it on ps5 though. The videos show the grass and landscape looks a lot better ps4 could handle it, but the programmers just didn't have the ability I guess. Hell, anyone that's played KCD knows ps4 pro makes it looks realistic as hell with her and 4k. Especially down near the rolling earth and paths north east of Sasau when you're doing those quests. The water on the dirt road, the wind and the sun on everything. It's just nuts.

I definitely recommend the dlc. Greater missipn variability and the dlc, as usual gives better rewards. Westwell Castle is my favorite area though.

But yes, the beginning until a couple employees may seem like a slog. Just make it past that, use the loans and restart the game if the contract aren't too good. If it didn't let you generate new contracts by restarting my might say no. Mowing certain areas sucks. You just get the valuable or two on the stage, mow it and never need to do it again.

Not anything so normal. Just a weirdo that likes mowing lawns. Just point and laugh and throw trash at me. Might spawn another litter mission. I did the the Westwall area before the Tower Garden with 16:11 left on the clock. I got 3 missions like that sending my 4 employees one profitable mows while I zoomed through them. It was like 5k every 60 seconds.

Catbox Poop-Scoop Simulator confirmed.

Doing the amateur pro and expert challenges now. I was afraid all these 0.1% trophies might mean they were too hard, but it must be people just are trying the game and not going through with it.

I fully recommend this game though. Once you get a full staff, it's fun. And I read someone comment on reddit or some forum on how the bigger mowers aren't really any better. Umm, that's a total bullshit take. The expensive SCAG and TORO machines make the game way easier. It's the difference in doing the Jefferson Yard in 15 minutes instead of 40. The engines don't get bogged down and the flail attachment is built for overgrown areas so you'll just blaze through the orchard. Takes a bit to get into with some long mows, but once you're in. You're in.

Last tip is the Lawn on the 4th of July trophy isn't available until year 2. The lawn year goes from March to Sept and restarts. No weekend jobs. So you can just kill your team and fail through to year 2 if you want. Imma go slow. And the 100miles trophy you can rubberband the controller for.
