Im also missing auditions for a comedy troupe on Sunday.

This is the literal worst time during the entire pandemic for me to catch Covid.

Can PotD affirm me as a good person for not going?

I wouldn't say that makes you a good person, it makes you not a bad person. A decent person.

Traveled before testing positive. I didnt even have any symptoms until this morning. I thought it was allergies until my allergy medication didnt work.

I feel I deserve a little credit for punting hundreds of dollars and a couple vacation days.

Nothing in the news at all that I have seen but a freakton of people who have gotten the vaccine and often booster shots are getting covid right now, and often it's hitting them harder than past times they have gotten it. I'm fine so far, but a bunch of my friends etc have all gotten it in the last month.

Credit for....what? not contributing to a global pandemic? Should you also get credit for not driving drunk or not shoplifting?

Can you get a refund for the tickets, at least?
