He definitely pokes at people to getmore out of angry people . Although they have to play into it and give it to him, it's still not really am approach I respect. People who want him assaulted for it are worse than him. His time would better be spent just giving a few warnings and putting the cart back himself. When you're throwing shit at people's cars and them, it's going to quickly agitate an already frustrated person who might snap and even kill the guy/s. Just doesn't seem that smart.
