Straughan 09/03/22 4:43:49 AM #4:	I like it, but I just couldn't keep going after beating the game. The gameplay view just doesn't do it for me long term. I can see how others enjoy it though. I did like all the extra gameplay features like maps and mining. It was just the overhead view. It's just not my bag. Wish it was. I think for me to grind maps and keep doing the same shit over and over it would either have to be boring 2D sprites left/right or 3D like Remnant: From The Ashes. The only reason I quit Remnant is because of the framedrop and unpolished build. Gotta have smooth 60fps. I don't think it's asking too much anymore. Shouldn't have to buy a goddamn monster pc just for that. I'll play in ps1 graphics if there's a 60fps setting. --- Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process they do not become a monster. <cite>Straughan posted [p:967760944] in Path of Ex... The only thing I really hate is the currency-conversion part of Archnemesis and if GGG really wants to fix crafting they'd remove metamods all together. As it is right now, any unique that requires a speciifc high roll cough ward cough has the item cost 5+ divines. I did the math the other day and the minimum I would need for a build I did in scourge (and have in Standard) would be something like 3000 chaos. I don't even necessarily believe progression is slow this league, but I didn't play in Sentinel at all. Players always hate it when the developers take power away from them, but the status quo of making the game faster and throwing more monsters at us was not sustainable. Item crafting had similar issues. That said, in order to be a fun league the patch needed to shake things up enough to invite exploration. Aside from lightning conduit I haven't really seen many fresh builds enabled by the new gems or changes they implemented, which is a big problem. After toying around with a few ideas, I concluded that my build of choice for the league would be spectral helix champion for the 4th time. I'm playing dota instead. --- And with that...pow!
