You can adjust vibration intensity in device/controller settings as well as the motion tracker brightness.

Both things drain that already weak battery anyway.

I usually turn off the triggers and vibration to get that sweet battery life. Even then, the controller doesn't last nearly as long as the ps4 controller.

You get used to the happiness feedback and the triggers. Don't to forget to turn them off for shooting games online.
