I recently bought the Chamber of Secrets because I wanted the Grand Staircase promo. It's pretty great with a lot of fun details; the basilisk is pretty damn big as far as Legos go, and the Sword of Gryffindor is easily the nicest sword piece I've ever owned.

Looks like it got hit by the recent wave of price hikes, unfortunately - it was still $130 USD when I ordered it a few weeks ago, now it's up to $150. Funnily enough, I was passing through Wal-Mart about a month ago thinking their prices would be lower than Lego.com, but to my surprise it was already $150 at Wal-Mart, which helped spur me to order it sooner rather than later. I needed to reach a certain minimum to the get the Grand Staircase and it was between CoS and the Astronomy Tower; ultimately I thought CoS was the better set anyway.

A chain here in Sweden still sell Lego for very good prices thankfully

CoS is like 1400 SEK there instead of 1800.

The bathroom is kinda essential if you buy CoS since combining them enable a play feature where you lift up the sink section. It then creates an opening to a tube in the CoS set down into the Chamber.
