I am now on the mission to take down those 12 pounds and even. I am at 270 now. (not worry about how tall I am) my goal is 225. But the issue is how I controlled my weight before was swimming and I ain't going to a gym with covid still around. I mean I am fat and have bad heart. I have to be super careful.

So walking every other day. And better food choices.

I I just got some Chicken breast so, I think I am doing to start doing a lot of a breast and rice. I know rice is a crab, but better than fries.

I first thought you meant that you had gained weight from getting covid

Cuz I had it for the first time a month ago and it thinned me out (in a bad way) lol.

Lol. That's pretty much my daily meal when I eat at home. Either chicken and rice or chicken and potatoes. I wanna gain weight tho. I don't wanna gain bad weight.

What sucks for me is that I finally got to a weight I never did before and then got Covid and lost more than I gained >_<. One those moments life just says "Nope".

Stick to long grain rice. It has a lower glycemic index.
