I emailed work last night told them I was in a bad place mentally, would be seeing my support network and that would probably keep me up too late to make it into work on time and I would call when I got up to see if I could still make it a half day. Dye to the late hour and how early u was scheduled I probably wouldn't make it in in the morning, but I would call when I woke up to see if they wanted me to work partial hours. When I didn't show up at 5 am they called the cops for a welfare check. --- I am awesome and so are you.
