Brotherhood even more of an improvement over 2

Revelations old ezio is my favorite episode, but the game itself was not as good

Brotherhood was an improvement but I still like the story of II more so it's close.

Revelations is one of those games I call "shockingly bad" - like the graphics are there, the gameplay is solid enough and not really different from the past entries, even the story is decent, but something about it is off and it doesn't feel good to run through it - it's bland as hell, safe, and boring.

The original ACII was longer, had more impact and had more areas
Where Brotherhood just had...Rome

And yet
Brotherhood improved on ACII with so many things. Like adding optional secondary objectives which adds replay value to missions (fuck the tank mission though)
It added the chain kill
Let you ride on horse in the city
I enjoyed purchasing buildings and seeing my income grow too
And also the guild challenges

It was much more enjoyable to 100% than AC II

Yeah sound like a typical "a sequel no one asked for" syndrome
It felt like "just another AC II clone" and very soulless

Brotherhood improved in some ways but in others it just felt so obviously to be what it was - not a true sequel. Like how the collectable armor is Brutus not Altair. Only one city instead of three. Etc. It's really really good but I love the fuller, more complete story of 2.

not because I didn't like the game but because I needed a break from the series and I just never got back to it
