Nidhogg is another good one, only 1v1 but holy shit does it get hype. Nidhogg 2's artstyle is kinda gross but the gameplay is super exciting.

I've played nidhogg before, its fun

bro im either making top 20% or getting knocked out early,

its insane tho people consistently get knocked out on map 1 3-4x straight

Me and my nieces have played this on ps4 for like 30 hours now. And there's such minimal content to it. It's depressing while also very impressive we're still playing the hell out of it and figuring out new weird things. Like the fact my sombrero makes me get sucked towards trains on the Subway level. There's so many smaller details you don't notice until 2 specific things meat.

Also. I got like 60 hours on Fall Guys. An embarrassingly low amount of wins. But I got one yesterday.

Yeah. It also gets me sucked into the grinders all the time. I like the handicaps. Also, the fact it comes off makes me very attached to trying not to lose it completely as a side objective. I only found this out cause my character I made is Super Mexican. He has a sombrero, mask, cape, and one those worker vests. Ever since I had the revelations witb the sombrero, it's hard to not stay committed.

Resident Evil 5 is the supreme co-op in-joke factory.

It's a great game even if you're just swapping controllers with someone. I'm glad it has managed to keep a user base. I haven't played in a few months but I used to play daily.

I think going free really saved the game. I bought the battle pass because Ive been playing for so long they earned my money

Maybe the squad modes, yes, but the traditional "only one winner" mode is a drag to play with other people. People who get eliminated early don't feel like waiting around for their teammates to play another round, people who don't get eliminated end up feeling guilty for wasting the time of those who did get eliminated, etc.

Generally I prefer playing this game solo.

i was playing duos earlier and i managed to score enough points for the group. they let me down. wanted to post a message to them to explain to please stay in the game until we're both eliminated.
