The symptoms broke out around 14 hours ago, around 04 in the morning.

I have a fever (but it was worse when the symptoms broke out), aching muscles and a headache. A slight slight cough if I lie down too flat.

Hope it will be mild and not get much worse. The headache is the worst part Id say. Its not splitting my head apart but it is there constantly and pain meds dont help much (they brought down the fever tho).

my uncle had those headaches for a few days (had the shots prior including boosters) i never gotten those. did get a day 1 sore throat though. have a lingering cough this morning.

some of the medications for headache relief seem to help temporarily but avoid taking em more than directed.

one last thing, think i had to prop an extra pillow for head relief so i could breathe better while sleeping.

That is the feeling of freedom according to everyone who's given up taking precautions against Covid.

How do you know it's COVID? Did you get tested?

if he has some of those tests sent by the government they still work.

I have taken 3 vaccine shots. Used to have migraine as a kid so Im probably more susceptible to headaches.

How long were you sick?

I think I got infected at the airport coming home from my parents on Monday. The incubation time checks out and it was very very crowded. Took precautions but not enough I guess.

I take no precautions and still fine. The shots don't do much of a damn thing either.

Got it at the end of June and was sick for a solid 5 days. Fever, sore throat, headache, body aches, constantly tired. Fever broke without medicine after day 2, but everything else remained a few more days. Still have a lingering cough. I am boosted, but I think Im due for another booster soon. Felt exactly like the flu I got at the end of 19, so I dont think this was my first time with it. COVID felt different to me than a normal cold or flu.

Its pretty shitty but luckily at no point was life-threatening for me.

The shots still give protection against severe disease for the average person even for the variants. They dont protect against infection well but they do make the infection milder :)

I just got done with it for the first time.

Know what's crazy. It was shattering my brain near the end. Because I was isolated with no one to talk to and the brain fog side effect. But now that Im putting the pieces back together, I feel like Im building a better person than I was before Covid. It's like my brain breaking down for a minute gave me a chance to reshape it how I want to. It's crazy.

Im over here telling people how much I love and respect them like I always wanted to but was too anxious to. Im having more fun with stuff because the worlds pressures are just sliding off me and Im seeing people's tactics to bring me down easier. I feel reborn. Hopefully it's not just a manic episode or something lol.

Im too feverish to properly respond to that but it sounds potentially good? Unless it is a manic episode. Got those before?

I cannot sleep. 39 C body temp and all positions make my muscles ache. Warm and confused. Im on the couch now. Cooler in the livingroom than my bedroom.

Im starting to feel better. Still ill but not as feverish and achey.

My poop is starting to be normal again <_<

And I actually feel like I have some energy. Also, I feel things like horiness again >_>

Hopefully you're getting past it.

seems that i didn't escape from it completely. noticed some loss of taste in what i eat/drink.
smell is also impacted to a degree.
