I think the one in the video is built into the TV, some Phillips model iirc

But theres similar stuff you can buy for like $80:

You put the LED strips on the back of your TV and theyre hooked up to that sensor that reads the colors on the TV and tells the lights what to do and where to do it

Personally I rather have ambient lights on floor or wall rather than the back of the TV.

Im looking into redoing the whole setup in the living room. Surround sound and these lights are my main interests

They're pretty much a game changer in the TV watching experience. I have an led lightstrip on my TV and it enhances everything I watch.
