Tonight's dinner is leftover quiche (onion, mushroom, garlic, roasted red pepper, turkey, and feta) with broccoli.

Breakfast
Apple tea, honey graham cracker

Lunch
Smoked salmon on avocado toast

Snack
Chili Cheese Coney Slim Jim

Dinner
Cacio e pepe

Egg sandwich for breakfast, burger for lunch.

Haven't decided what to have for dinner yet, probably mini corn. The burger was filling so I don't feel like having a full dinner.

I chose option A, which looks like rice, a meat and cabbage miso soup, broccoli, a tomato, some sort of greens and glass noodle salad (possibly with tuna), and a protein (cant tell if its pork or chicken in the picture). Havent decided on dinner yet!

The picture I based my lunch decision on was very inaccurate, but food was still good. The miso soup was carrot and bacon (small amount of cabbage still tho), the salad was cucumber, carrots and seeds, and the meat was actually a chicken and carrot saut. The rice, tomato, and broccoli were as pictured. Also, unpictured but included with lunch was some niboshi (dried baby sardines) and seeds.

The picture and option for lunch is almost always 100% accurate, so this was strange and the most inaccurate its ever been.

That's a meal I could eat every day. Especially with the japanese mayo and hot sauce mixed into a pink sauce for the topping. I love that shit on a chicken bowl.

You'd need a legendary pancreas to metabolize all that mass to prevent fatigue. Just drink about 1000ml of water and after two pees you should be out of it. Make it ice water too. If you cool down the starches, it can stunt the glycemic spike.
