There is enough clearance in the back for the exhaust, so I don't see any problem with this setup. Honestly my computer setup is far worse, since I have the intake right on the carpet & the exhaust is partially blocked by my computer desk & I haven't had any issues for years. I imagine that ventilation is much improved over what it was in the previous setup. I worry, though, about the hole that the PS5 is standing nearby.
