It was 10 years, and only one change ever under that rule. Neat. I have some people who still want me back to my old name, but I think I won't.

Guide is short for GuideToTheDark, which was a name for a theme that I immediately dropped in favor of complaining about MapleStory. Some decade and change later, I got a haircut. As a bonus, it's difficult to search the name Guide on GameFAQs.

A Squaresoft fans messageboard in the mid 90s let my username literally be ?, then suddenly did not.
Incidentally I was way into Final Fantasy Tactics at the time I had to make a new username.

I played a DS game called Jump Ultimate Stars (basically smash bros with anime characters) a while back, and was one of the best players on the board. But then there were douchebags who would pick on new players and talk shit about them and stuff. Since everyone knew my main at the time, I made an alt so those guys wouldn't dodge me and I would stomp them :3
