Just as I thought. About 40% are virgins. This has been consistent for awhile.

I'm not a virgin, but I feel like the last time a poll came up, the majority that voted, were virgins. Not that it matters once you're past puberty age, where everyone glorifies sex.

Virgin here. Almost a wizard! But anyway, while I'm 100% aromantic, I'm not sure sexually. I'm clearly attracted to women, and I have desires, but I have never cared enough to even ask anyone out on a date let alone go out and have sex.

I don't feel like that is a natural "symptom" of autism. I am autistic btw, so I am using the word symptom in a facetious manner.

However, my understanding is that LGBTQ incidence is higher with people on the spectrum, so maybe that does include the ace subset.

I'm not asexual. I masturbate A LOT.

I just prefer to be alone all the time. I have absolutely no friends at all, which is fine with me.

I blame the way I am on my autism, because I don't know what else to.

have you been officially diagnosed or do you just think you have it? Actually I have a question on that, what doctor do you see for such a thing if you suspect you may have it?

I am officially diagnosed with a pervasive developmental disorder. I get a disability check for it.

I was in therapy on and off throughout my childhood. It wasn't until I was in high school that I was finally diagnosed with something.

I couldn't tell you who exactly to see about it. My mom handled all that stuff, and I only went along with it all because I had no choice.

Differs person to person. But yes, it is usually at least faulty. However, that doesn't mean it can't be improved. Brain rewiring is possible, as I did it somewhat. Most people can't even tell that I am autistic, although my ex wife could and when I have relationships that last more than a couple months, I can't completely "hide" it anymore. Nor do I want to at that point, as I want someone who can accept me.

Well personally I think friendship was cut more to do with past experiences and just not wanting to open up to people anymore. But I've never cared much for love and companionship my entire life and less and less the older I get.
