You have to either post in a "general" topic or constantly start your own threads if you want an sort of consistent engagement on here. Otherwise every thread dies after like 10 posts unless it's a bout something controversial which doesn't count as real discussions anyway.

This. On phone, I use the .compact version of Reddit, which I find to be much faster on mobile than the mobile site, but it still works.

There's also a browser extension for Firefox at least that allows it to automatically redirect to the old version.

You dont need the Reddit app. You can just go to your settings and check the box that sets it back to the classic format

I resisted the app for awhile. Then I downloaded it and within a week I met a chick through the reddit app in my area and now she's a on the regs fuck buddy. Give it a try!

I didn't complain about the layout. I dknt want to download the app. I already have a browser to view reddit. It's inefficient to have two things that do the same thing.

It makes sense this forum was made at a time where there were limited places to talk on internet back in 1995.

Now you have TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Reddit, and so many other forums if you want to have discussions about your life or the world. It doesnt help that games barely have cheats nowadays too.
