More money for the green industrialisation which is creating a ton of jobs here in Sweden

More military aid to Ukraine as well. But that was in both budgets.

Also more money for the Swedish Armed Forces and Police.

So long as this isn't magically funded by the future (aka deficit spending), then good for Sweden.

We have a very low national debt due to good fiscal policies which enable us to splurge when necessary.

The Right wanted to give more money to all retired people regardless of financial status. So both budgets had this bribe element. The difference is that giving more money to all retired people gave less room for other things.
