Stops for gas and food and bathroom breaks are ok but stopping anywhere to sleep breaks the continuity, same with taking turns driving with someone else.

My longest is Baton Rouge to Vegas in one shot (little over 20 hours). I've also done Baton Rouge to Miami as my 2nd longest (about 14 hours). In August I'll be doing a Baton Rouge to Flagstaff, AZ drive which will take my 2nd place spot.

like 26+ hours with bathroom and gas stops. i didn't drive the entire way as me and two friends alternated but it was still rough

edit: just read the part where that doesn't count so probably hattiesburg ms to houston tx, i think that was 9 or 10 hours

Phoenix to Sacramento

memphis to somewhere in ohio. past cinci, but i can't remember exactly when we changed drivers. 9 hours, give or take.

multiple full days as a passenger, though. my parents loved to vacation, but not so much flying.

Atlanta to Tulsa. I think it was right at 1000 miles and it took all day, maybe 12-13 hours. That last few hundred miles was rough. It was dark and I was driving down a featureless turnpike at like 90 mph with not another car in sight. not sure how I stayed awake.

I'm not sure. Not sure, I spent almost a year doing long haul deliveries, only going home for christmas and thanksgiving. That was over a decade ago though and I don't remember most of the trips I made, they tended to be like 300-400 miles. The longest single trip I made was from Wisconsin to a town on the TX/Mexico border, but I'm pretty sure I slept in the middle of that one.

Without sleeping it might actually be my trip down to see my friend back in 2019. That was from TN to Austin. I did that in a day. 15 or 16 hours of driving. 900-1000 miles.

I suppose it could also be from NJ to Fl, when I bought a car from someone living in NJ but I think I did that one in two days as well

14 or 15 hours driving from my grandparents place in Virginia to a junkyard in Florida to pick up a new axle for my old VW. It was cheaper for me to drive down and get it then it would have been to have him ship it to me.

Southern California to Medford Oregon, about 14 hours

depends on if u count getting 2 a destination 4 half an hour n then getting back in the car 2 go 2 the next 1

if u count that it was an entire day of driving off n on with prob 5 hrs in the car but if u dont then its just 2 hrs

As a passenger: Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe (~450 miles), which was 8 hours.

As the driver: Los Angeles to San Diego (~120 miles), which was 2 hours.

24 hours? Somewhere in that ballpark. Houston to LA for E3. I wasn't the sole driver though. If counting just my stretch it was like 8-9 hours.

LA to Flagstaff solo drive took me about 8 hours a couple years ago.

I've made regular solo trips from Ohio to southern Florida, 16-20 hours depending on traffic / construction / unforeseen hazards. Would not recommend it, and that's the absolute maximum I'd drive solo in one go.

Jeffersonville VT to Harrisburg PA

Pretty much 8 hours on the dot.

I've done 17 hrs but that was with another driver alternating with me

8 hours with 2 stops. I have sleep apnea so I can't do it without some stopping.

Abilene, Texas to Olive Branch, Missouri. 664 miles which took 9 hours and 33 minutes.

Just two hours. I've been passenger in 6-8 hour drives to neighboring states, but I've only personally done 2 hours behind the wheel at a time.
