A good sensible bill with public support is presented to Riksdagen. The Liberals decide to oppose the bill, so it falls, since the current Riksdag has very slim majorities on many bills.

A while later they say oh we wish we could change that thing (which they just voted against).

The latest is restricting religious schools. The Socialdemocrats just tried to do that and it would probably have passed if the Liberals had voted yes.

Today the Liberals declared that they wanna restrict religious schools in a very similar fashion to the bill they killed.

They just suck so much.

Sweden: We want to do this, but we cant be seen voting the same as S/SD.

Liberals suck anywhere in the world, they just simp for the rich and powerful.

The Left party used to be anti-EU. Then SD came in and was also anti-EU, so the Left became pro-EU

This is inaccurate though. Both V and SD remain anti-EU. Both parties have the outlook that they try to change the EU in their desired direction as long as were members however.

wasn't there a few parties that until recently had a "Sweden out of EU" agenda, but switched gear on that completely?

V and SD are the only parties (at least amongst the major 8) who have wanted a Swexit. Both have toned down their rethoric after Brexit turned out as poorly as it did but that is it.

You must be thinking of some other issue?

The 7 used to loudly tell us that Ny Demokrati refugee policy was pure racism.
Nobody said a word when S won the election and had a harder refugee policy on every point except one (it was something about working with the rest of Europe to create a universal identification for all refugees or something like that).
